Syzygium Campanulatum common name is Brush Cherries also known as Lillipillies. It is mainly native to East Asia Pacific Region and found growing wild in mangrove forests. The dense leaves and colorful pinkish-red shades from young shoots and pyramid-shaped canopy makes it a choice plant for narrow avenue planting; also planted along waterways, parks and home gardens. Plant is commonly grown as a hedge and provide extensive landscape when sculptured into nice topiaries. It is a small tree but rarely grown to be one.. Most species are evergreen, shrub Tree. It also plans as ornamental plants for their attractive glossy foliage, and a few produce edible fruit that are eaten fresh or used in jams and jellies. Flowers are red. The fruits look like Barry those are eatable and cherished by birds.
